Welcome to our third annual Airing of the Quilts Palmerton event to be held on Saturday, 2 May 2026.

There are TWO options for vendors to choose from;

OPTION 1

​​

Vend inside the Palmerton Area High School Gymnasium

Booth spaces available for rent:

​

Single Booth 10' x 8'    = $50

Double Booth 20' x 8' = $100

​

• Chairs and tables, 6' x 30", will be provided at no additional charge. 

• There is no charge for electrical usage, and these spaces are limited, so please book early. 

• If you wish to have pipe and drape, or other displays, you will need to supply your own.

• Setup times for the show:

Friday, 1 May 2026 from 5:30pm - 8pm and Saturday, 2 May 2026 from 7am - 9am

OPTION 2

​​

Vend at the Palmerton Park

 

• ​There is no fee for the park and you are responsible for your own tables, chairs, or pop up tent.

• setup time at the park is Saturday, 2 May 2026 from 7am - 9am

​

​ALL VENDORS:

​

• must have their area open and ready for sales from 9am - 5pm on Sauturday, 2 May 2026

• all displays and merchandise must be kept within the boundaries of your assigned space and out of the designated aisles and entrances in order to maintain the aisle width for safe traffic flow

• packing up early and leaving from the event will terminate your future space

• be prepared to bag items for your customers and provide a sales receipt to deter shoplifting

• The Airing of the Quilts Organiztion is not responsible for any loss or damage to your products or displays.

• The Airing of the Quilts Organizaion and its committee are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen goods.

• You enter knowing that you will not hold the Airing of the Quilts Committee or Organization liable for any damage incurred to displays, equipment, items and self during the operation hours as well as before and after the event.
